Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of ordering.
  • Expedited orders placed before 12 pm ET will ship out the same business day.
  • Expedited orders placed after 12 pm ET will ship out the following business day.
  • We don’t process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.
  • We aren’t responsible for shipping delays or missing packages caused by the shipper.

 

Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Return your items to us within 30 days to receive a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. To qualify for a full refund, all returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. 

  • We’ll credit the purchase price to your original method of payment within 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Credited purchases may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
  • Original shipping and processing fees are not refundable.

How long until my order ships?

Orders ship out within 1-3 business days.

What does it mean if my order is made from FSC certified paper?

Most of our paper products are made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper. FSC-certified forests are managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers.
